ATLANTA (Aug.62025) - U.S. Men’s Cerebral Palsy (CP) National Team head coach Stuart Sharp has named a 17-player roster for the team’s upcoming international training camp to be held Aug. 8-15 in Bucaramanga, Colombia. The CP MNT will play two friendly matches against Colombia during this camp, with games on Aug. 10 at 6 p.m. ET and Aug. 14 at 12 p.m. ETat Estadio Alvaro Gómez Hurtado. The camp will serve the team as continued preparation for the 2025 IFCPF Copa América, which will take place in Punta del Este, Uruguay from Oct. 8-18.

“This is an important international match series for the National Team, as it marks the first competitive match since the World Cup in November 2024,” Sharp said. “Heading to Colombia will provide a valuable test against an opponent we haven’t faced in many years, in an environment that could be challenging. This is all crucial preparation for the squad’s medal run at the Copa América in Uruguay this October.”

This camp reflects the Federation’s commitment to the U.S. Way, by investing in resources, infrastructure, and comprehensive support for our Extended National Teams to ensure they are fully prepared to compete and succeed on the world stage.

Sharp’s squad features 15 players from the June training camp, including former team captain Kevin Hensley (Memphis, Tenn.), who returned to the CP MNT this summer for the first time since 2018, having previously earned 35 caps and tallied 13 goals. Goalkeeper Marc Estrella (Bakersfield, Calif.) also returns for his first appearance since starting five of the team’s six matches at the 2024 IFCPF World Cup.

Ten players from the World Cup roster are part of this group, including active captain Ben Lindau,2024 CP Male Player of the Year Jacob Crumbley, and fellow finalist Wes Pincince.

Defender Adam Ballou, who leads the roster with 87 career caps, is looking to make his first appearance since Nov. 24, 2023 in a 6-0 win over Canada at the Parapan American Games in Chile. Hensley’s last match for the U.S. was on Sept. 22, 2017, in a 3-2 win against Ireland at the CP Football World Championships in Argentina. Meanwhile, goalkeeper Bonner Rinn, midfielder Ryan Wlodyka, and forward Alexander Wisniewski are seeking their first international caps.
