With expertise in youth scouting, Talent ID is the leading department in search for future national team players. Talent ID collaborates with Youth National Teams, Sporting Analytics, Coaching Education and High Performance.

To identify and monitor players for our National Teams, to expand and improve player pool and impact the ecosystem through Talent ID Education and Awareness.
OUR STRATEGY
With expertise in youth scouting, Talent ID is the leading department in search for future national team players, while serving as an educational resource across the ecosystem. Talent ID collaborates with Youth National Teams, Coaching Education, High-Performance, and Product departments. As part of U.S. Soccer in service to soccer strategies, our department is dedicated to collaborating with our members and supporting our U.S. Way objectives for a scaled and unified Talent ID strategy.
