Our Journey

our journey image

U.S. Soccer is on the move. As we relocate to our brand-new Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Atlanta, we are on the cusp of an exciting and historically important era for our game. Yes, we have come a long way in just a few years, but we are still just at the start of our journey.

Our Culture

We are committed to developing a culture of peak performance, on and off the pitch. We stay nimble, to better serve the fast-changing soccer ecosystem around us. That’s why we are constantly evolving the way we work, our approach to learning and development and the competencies, systems, and processes we need to deliver daily excellence. We call this The U.S. Way.

The U.S. Way is a system for success, but also a philosophy. We believe that soccer is more than a sport, it is a force for good. Everything we do is focused on enabling our members, staff, players and fans to achieve their full potential. To develop the values and characteristics that represent the best of U.S.

The more we can achieve in service to soccer, the more people we can empower through soccer. Irrespective of their age, gender, race, ability or economic means. Because we believe that soccer can be the difference that makes the difference.

Our People

Our Coaches

No one can lead unless they know where they are going. The members of our Executive Leadership Team are united by a single shared aim: to ensure that U.S. Soccer delivers in service to soccer, every day, in every way.

The team behind our teams

Success at U.S. Soccer isn’t just measured in silverware. For every player on the pitch, there are hundreds of employees behind the scenes, working in service to soccer™. So, although we often talk about our different National Teams, there is in fact only one team: the U.S. Soccer team.

Whether that’s our coaches and referees, nutritionists, doctors and support staff who inspire and guide our National Teams to their victories, or the accountants, lawyers, HR and Communications professionals, strategy, advancement, product and commercial teams, who serve our members and raise soccer’s standards and profile across the country - there are many U.S. soccer stars who never wear the kit, but who proudly represent the crest. They are the best of U.S™.

Interested in joining our team?

U.S. Soccer is in a period of significant growth, with ambitious plans for the near and far future. Our talent acquisition, powered by Forbes Banister is actively working with all our teams across the Federation. We are always looking for dynamic servant-leaders to join us on this journey. Applicants must be able to demonstrate visionary leadership, analytical decision-making, professional flexibility, and an empathic management style that builds bold teams and delivers globally significant results.
