How to Watch: 2025 MLS All-Star Skills Challenge

The 2025 MLS All-Star action kicks off with the Skills Challenge on Tuesday, July 22 at 9 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
Ten MLS players will participate in the five-challenge event, including U.S. Men’s National Team players Diego Luna (Real Salt Lake), Sebastian Berhalter (Vancouver Whitecaps FC) and Alex Freeman (Orlando City SC).
In addition, USMNT legend Clint Dempsey and USWNT World Cup Champion Lindsey Heaps will partake as special guests. They will all compete against the Liga MX All-Stars, much like the All-Star match the following day on July 23 at 9 p.m. ET from Austin, Texas.

All the All-Star events can be streamed on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV as well as on DirecTV, Comcast Xfinity and Amazon Prime Video at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT.
