CHICAGO (Jan. 8, 2025) – Midfielder Hannah Bebar, a long-time U.S. Youth National Team player who played her fourth college season this past fall at Duke University after spending three years at Harvard University, will replace forward Lynn Williams on the U.S. Women’s National Team roster for the 2025 January training camp in Los Angeles.

Williams has been ruled out of camp due to hamstring soreness. With Bebar joining the 26-player roster, Ally Sentnor moves position groups from the midfielders into the forward line.

Bebar, 23, has represented the USA at almost every level of the U.S. Youth National Teams and played for the USA at the 2018 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Uruguay, starting two matches in the tournament.

The Harvard graduate was a two-time All-American for the Crimson before transferring to Duke ahead of this past season, helping the Blue Devils to a stellar year and into the NCAA College Cup. She started all 22 games she played and accomplished the impressive feat of being named All-American at two different colleges. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at Duke.

The addition of Bebar ups the number players who are getting a first call-up to the senior National Team to seven.
