Rob Valentino Names U.S. U-20 Men’s National Team Roster for International Training Camp in Costa Rica

ATLANTA (November 8, 2025) – U.S. Under-20 Men’s National Team head coach Rob Valentino has named a 20-player roster for the team’s international training camp from Nov. 10-18 in Alajuela, Costa Rica.

During the camp, the U-20 MNT will play the Costa Rica U-20 side on Nov. 15 and Nov. 18 at Estadio Piedades de Santa Ana. Both matches will kick off at 10 a.m. local time (11 a.m. ET).

The roster features 13 players from 10 different Major League Soccer clubs. Philadelphia Union lead the way with three selections, followed by two from San Jose Earthquakes. Austin FC, FC Dallas, LAFC, LA Galaxy, New England Revolution, Orlando City, Portland Timbers, and Seattle Sounders, each have one player on the roster.

The squad is rounded out with one player each from European clubs Anderlecht, Bayern Munich, Brentford, Cork City, Liverpool and Mainz, as well as USL Championship side Hartford Athletic.

All players were born on or after January 1, 2006.

The camp is part of the Federation’s continued focus on the U.S. Way philosophy, which emphasizes increased programming for Youth National Teams to create more opportunities for young players to advance through the pathway to the senior National Team with the goal of representing their country at a world championship.
