• The starting lineup to take on Canada features four different players from the lineup that started in the semifinal against Japan. Abby Dahlkemper, Crystal Dunn, Sophia Smith and Emily Sonnett will start the final in place of Naomi Girma, Jenna Nighswonger, Trinity Rodman and Mallory Swanson.
• Tonight’s lineup to face Canada averages 28.3 years of age and 87 caps per player.

• Nine players in this Starting XI played in the epic semifinal matchup between the USA and Canada at the Concacaf W Gold Cup with World Cup champions Crystal Dunn and Abby Dahlkemper the two players starting tonight who did not see action in the March 6 meeting in San Diego.

• Captaining the USA once again will be Lindsey Horan, who will earn her 146^th cap as she makes her seventh start of the year. Horan converted the game-winning penalty kick in the USA’s semifinal victory over Japan and has three goals in her last four appearances for the USA, all of them game winners. Overall, Horan has six goals and seven total goal involvements in her last nine appearances for the USWNT.

• Alyssa Naeher had a match for the ages against Canada in the W Gold Cup semifinal and is now set to earn her 104^th cap as she makes her seventh start of 2024. A six-time SheBelieves Cup champion, Naeher has nine career shutouts at the SheBelieves Cup, the most by any player in the history of the competition.

• After coming on against Japan as an early first-half substitute, Abby Dahlkemper will make her third start of 2024 as she earns her 82^nd cap overall for the USWNT. Dahlkemper started the USA’s matches against the Dominican Republic and Mexico at the 2024 Concacaf W Gold Cup and made her return to the field for the USWNT in December 2023 after undergoing major back surgery late in 2022. Dahlkemper’s husband, Aaron Schoenfeld, previously played for the Columbus Crew in MLS.

• Jaedyn Shaw will make her fifth start of 2024 and the sixth of her international career as she earns her 12^th cap for the USWNT. The 19-year-old Shaw leads the U.S. in scoring with five goals in 2024 and has scored in every start far in her international career, the only player in USWNT history to score in each of her first five starts. Shaw’s seven international goals are tied with Kristine Lilly for the fifth-most by a teenager in USWNT history.  

• Two years to the day after scoring a hat trick against Uzbekistan at Lower.com Field, Sophia Smith will earn her 46^th cap as she makes her third start of 2024 and first since starting the W Gold Cup group stage finale against Mexico on February 26. Smith, who drew the foul that led to Horan’s game-winning penalty on Saturday against Japan, came on against Canada in the W Gold Cup semifinal on March 6 and scored in the 99^th minute to give the USA the go-ahead goal in extra time.

• Tierna Davidson will earn her 57^th cap as she makes her fifth consecutive start for the USWNT, her longest streak of starts for the USWNT since late 2021. Davidson played every minute for the USWNT during the knockout rounds of the Concacaf W Gold Cup, including a strong 120-minute showing against Canada in the semifinal.

• Alex Morgan will make her fifth consecutive start for the USWNT as she makes her eighth appearance of 2024 and the 223^rd overall of her international career. Morgan has five career goals at the SBC, tied for third in the history of the competition and has 10 career goals against Canada, her second-most against any opponent in her international career.

• Emily Sonnett will make her 90^th international appearance for the USWNT as she makes her second start of the year and first since the USA’s opening match of the 2024 Concacaf W Gold Cup against the Dominican Republic. Sonnett has seen action in six of the USA’s seven matches so far in 2024 and helped set up Sophia Smith’s extra time goal against Canada on March 6, playing the long ball that was eventually flicked on by Rose Lavelle to Smith.

• After tallying her first career assist on Saturday on Jaedyn Shaw’s equalizer against Japan, Sam Coffey will make sixth consecutive start as she earns her 15^th cap overall for the USWNT. Entering the year, Coffey had just seven career caps but will more than double that number as she makes her eighth appearance of 2024 tonight.

• Crystal Dunn is set to earn her 145^th cap as she makes her fourth start and fifth appearance overall for the USWNT in 2024. Dunn did not see action in the USA’s semifinal matchup against Canada at the Concacaf W Gold Cup but started and put in a strong 90-minute performance against Brazil in the Gold Cup final.

• Emily Fox will earn her 47^th cap for the USWNT as she makes her sixth start of 2024. Fox played every minute for the USWNT during the knockout rounds of the Concacaf W Gold Cup and assisted the game-winning goal by Lindsey Horan in the final against Brazil. She was also the only U.S. player to play every minute of every match during the USA’s run to the 2023 SheBelieves Cup title.
