CHICAGO, Ill. (Sept. 27, 2023) - U.S. Men’s Beach Soccer National Team head coach Francis Farberoff has selected 16 players for the team’s domestic training camp to be held Oct. 3-8 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Continuing in U.S. Soccer’s mission to Develop Winning Teams, the camp will serve as the team’s final gathering ahead of November’s Intercontinental Cup in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as the team carries on its preparation for February’s FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup, also in the UAE.

“The roster is an exciting mix of our core group that has gained high-level international experience the past few years, combined with a few new faces that have earned an opportunity with the National Team,” said Farberoff. “We’ll use this camp to work on all the little things that will help make us better as we prepare for the Intercontinental Cup and continue toward our ultimate goal of becoming the first U.S. team to advance from the group stage at the Beach Soccer World Cup next February in Dubai.”

Notably, the camp also marks the return of 2021 World Cup squad members Tanner Akol and Fredo Dilbert, who take part in their first camp since February, while goalkeeper Patrick Leeman and forward Arlo Moore-Bloom both earn their first USBMNT call-ups.
