Insiders Rewards is a U.S. Soccer Insiders program benefit that allows you to earn redeemable points by interacting through the Official U.S. Soccer app (watching content, completing Choose Your Starting XI, Selecting your Insiders Player of the Match etc.), attending matches, purchasing tickets, and buying merchandise from the U.S. Soccer Store! These points can then be redeemed for experiences, memorabilia, and U.S. Soccer swag.

Download the Official U.S. Soccer App, log in using your current Insiders email and password. Once you have logged in, check out the Insiders page to see what Insiders Rewards has to offer.

Yes, to participate in this Insiders benefit you must have the app downloaded on your preferred device and logged into your existing Insiders account.

Earn points by interacting through the Official U.S. Soccer app, purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster, purchasing merchandise from the Official U.S. Soccer Store and by attending matches. A full list of earning events can be found on the Insiders tab in the U.S. Soccer app by tapping on the “See All Ways to Earn” link.

Check out the “Redeem” tab within the Insiders page to see the full list of available redemption items. Tap on the item to see product details. When you are ready to redeem, tap “Redeem Reward” at the bottom of the page, enter the email/address that the item will be sent to, and press submit.

Only VIP Insiders are eligible to receive a VIP Jacket.

• If you joined as a VIP Insider on or after March 13, 2025, you should have received a form shortly after signing up.
• If your membership was renewed on or after March 13, 2025, the form should have been included in your renewal email.
• If your renewal date is coming up, the form will be sent to you on that date. You will not be able to claim your jacket before then.

In the Official U.S. Soccer app, head to the Transactions tab within the Insiders page to see every point transaction you have earned/redeemed. You can view it by month or by day. Please allow up to 7 days for points to appear. If they do not, please contact insidersupport@ussoccer.org with subject Insiders Rewards Issue.

You earn Match Attendance points when you earn a cap, as long as you have location services enabled for the Official U.S. Soccer app. We recommend opening the app in the stadium as this can expedite the process. If your cap has not updated in within 24 hours after the match, please complete the cap request form.

No, your Insiders Tier is not dependent on your total amount of points. Your current Insiders Tier will determine how many points you receive upon first logging into the app.

The Insiders Tier Bonus points are staggered. In your points transactions each tier will display as follows: 200 for Standard Tier, 3,000 for Premium Tiers Bonus, 7000 for VIP Tier Bonus and 10,000 for Circle Tier Bonus to equal the total point value for your tier.

You receive 10 points per $1 spent through Ticketmaster purchases (up to $1,000 per match). When purchasing these tickets be sure to use the email associated with your Insiders account or the points will not display in your account. Please allow up to 7 days for these points to appear. If they do not, please contact insidersupport@ussoccer.org with subject, “Insiders Rewards Issue.”

• You will not receive points for tickets purchased through secondary markets (Ticketmaster Resale, SeatGeek, AXS).
• You will not receive points for tickets purchased before the beginning of Insiders Rewards.

Redeemable points refer to the number of points you have that can be used to redeem for U.S. Soccer merchandise and memorabilia. Lifetime points refer to the total amount of points you have earned since the start of Insiders Rewards.

Once redeemed, you will receive an email confirmation. All memorabilia and merchandise will be sent to the address you entered during the redemption process.

You will receive an email the evening before your presale opens with your code and link to purchase tickets. You can also find your presale code in your Insiders Profile online and in the ticket center on the app the day your presale window opens.
