Rosters Named for U-20, U-19 and U-17 Men’s National Team Domestic Identity Camps during September FIFA Window

ATLANTA (August 29, 2025) – U.S. Soccer announced the rosters for the upcoming U-20 MNT, U-19 MNT and U-17 MNT Domestic Identity Training Camps during the September FIFA window.

These camps are a part of the Federation’s continued focus on the U.S. Way philosophy, which emphasizes increased programming for Youth National Teams to create more opportunities for young players to advance through the pathway to the senior National Team with the goal of representing their country at a world championship.

The U-20 MNT (2006) will train from Sept. 1-9 in West Palm Beach, Fla., while the U-19 MNT (2007) and U-17 MNT (2009) will train concurrently from Sept. 1-8 at McCurry Park in Fayetteville, Ga.

Leading the U-20 MNT (2006) group next month, Rob Valentino has called a 23-player roster for training camp from Sept. 1-9 in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Sixteen players come from 14 different Major League Soccer clubs. Philadelphia Union leads the way with three selections, followed by San Jose Earthquakes who had two players called. Austin FC, FC Cincinnati,FC Dallas, LAFC, LA Galaxy, Inter Miami,New York Red Bulls,Orlando City, Portland Timbers, Real Salt Lake and St. Louis Cityeach have one selection.

Four players come from USL Championship clubs: Owen Presthus (Hartford Athletic, on loan from Columbus Crew), Finn Sundstrom (North Carolina FC), Bryce Jamison (Orange County SC, on loan from Colorado Rapids)and Chibuike Ukaegbu (Sacramento Republic). Goalkeeper Mohammed Shour also joins the roster from MLS NEXT Pro side, Tacoma Defiance.

Foreign-based midfielder Devon Decorte (Anderlecht; Belgium) and defender Freddie Anderson (Cork City; Ireland) round out the roster.

All players on this roster were born after Jan. 1, 2006.

Led by Shaun Tsakiris next month, the U-19 MNT (2007) will train from Sept. 1-8 at McCurry Park in Fayetteville, Ga., as this group of players starts the path toward qualification for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

Twenty-two players on the 24-player roster represent 14 different MLS clubs. The LA Galaxy lead the way with four selections, followed by Atlanta United, Inter Miami, New York City FC, Orlando City and Philadelphia Union who have two selections each. Austin FC, Colorado Rapids, Columbus Crew Minnesota United, Nashville SC, Portland Timbers,Seattle Sounders and Sporting Kansas City will all have one player represented on the roster.

The other two players come from German Bundesliga clubs Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig.
