The U.S. Women’s National Team aims to beat Brazil for the second straight game after a win at SoFi Stadium on Saturday. This time the two teams meet in San Jose, Calif. at PayPal Park on Tuesday (7:30 p.m. PT / 10:30 p.m. ET on TNT, truTVv, Max, Universo and Peacock).
In the first of the two matches, the USWNT beat Brazil 2-0 with goals from Trinity Rodman and Lindsey Heaps. Both Rodman and Heaps were part of the gold medal-winning team at the 2024 Paris Olympics, defeating Brazil in the final. Heaps’ penalty kick goal was her second against Brazil in the past 13 months. Heaps scored the lone goal against Brazil in the 2024 Concacaf W Gold Cup final, a 1-0 win.
Paypal Park, home of the NWSL’s Bay FC and MLS’ San Jose Earthquakes, is set to host a sold-out crowd Tuesday. The capacity crowd in San Jose follows a historic milestone for the USWNT, the first-ever professional women’s sporting event at SoFi Stadium where 32,303 fans witnessed the win.:
