2019 WNT Home “4-STAR” Kit Wins U.S. Soccer BracKITology Fan Vote
Over 1.3 Million Votes Cast in Four-Round Competition for Fans to Determine Their Favorite National Team Uniform of All Time
Serving as part of the “BEND THE CURVE. STAY AT HOME.” initiative, U.S. Soccer’s “BracKITology” competition has crowned a champion: the 2019 WNT Home “4-Star” kit. The uniform worn last year by the world champion U.S. Women’s National Team emerged victorious from the 16-team bracket challenge.
More than 1.35 million votes were cast across U.S. Soccer’s voting platforms during the course of the competition, which kicked off Monday, April 20 with the Round of 16. The final round of voting pitted the “4-Star” kit against the 2020 Away “States” kit with over 75,800 total votes cast via Twitter and Instagram, resulting in a commanding victory for the 2019 edition.
