Twitter unveils #SheBelieves and #USA hashflags
The U.S. Women’s National Team heads to Canada Tuesday to beging their journey at the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015. Fans can show their support for the #USWNT on Twitter with brand new soccer specific emojis!
Use #SheBelieves for a United States themed SHE flag emoji and use #USA to populate an American flag maple leaf throughout the Women’s World Cup this summer. The hashflags will only appear once your tweet is published.
Meghan Duggan, member of the United States Women’s National Hockey Team is already showing her support and posted a good luck video starring herself and teammates Hilary Knight and Monique Lamoureux. The trio of hockey stars demonstrate their favorite goal celebrations including an interesting rendition of what appears to be Brandi Chastain circa 1999.
