Scored his first goal for the USMNT in dramatic fashion on June 3, 2021 - on an 89th minute diving header to lift the USA over Honduras 1-0 in the semifinals of the 2019-20 Concacaf Nations League.
Made his USMNT debut at any age level on March 25, 2021 in the USMNT’s 4-1 win over Jamaica in a friendly played at Wiener Neustadt Stadion in Austria. He replaced Josh Sargent in the 82nd minute.
Eligible to represent the United States, France and Cameroon, in June 2017 he played for the France Under-21s and scored in his debut against Albania. Because he only appeared in friendlies, he did not require a “Change of Association” request in order to represent the United States.
2022 FIFA WORLD CUP QUALIFYING
Appeared in three of the 14 World Cup Qualifying matches.
Made his qualifying debut on Sept. 2, 2021 when he entered in the second half of a 0-0 draw at El Salvador.
