CHICAGO (Sept. 30, 2019) – Washington Spirit midfielder Andi Sullivan has been added to the U.S. Women’s National Team roster for the two upcoming matches against the Korea Republic on the 2019 Victory Tour presented by Allstate.

Sullivan was added due to several injuries and the overall work load of the 2019 Women’s World Cup Team players as the NWSL season nears its conclusion.

Sullivan, 23, had an excellent season with the Washington Spirit, playing every minute of all 22 matches in which she appeared and scoring twice. The 2017 MAC Hermann Trophy winner at Stanford after helping lead the Cardinal to the NCAA title and top pick in the 2017 NWSL Draft, she earned her first senior team cap in 2016 after playing in FIFA World Cups at the U-17 and U-20 levels for the USA.

The 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup champions will finish up the 2019 Victory Tour when they take on Korea Republic on Thursday, Oct. 3, at Bank of American Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. (7:30 p.m. ET; FS1, the FOX Sports App and TUDN) and Sunday, Oct. 6 at Soldier Field in Chicago (1 p.m. CT on ESPN and the ESPN App).
