2019 Women’s World Cup Champions To Hold Public Trainings On Aug. 28 In Philadelphia And Sept. 2 In St. Paul, Minn.

All U.S. Soccer fans are invited to attend the U.S. Women’s National Team public training sessions to be held on Wednesday, August 28 from 5-6 p.m. ET at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, and on Monday, Sept. 2 from 5-6 p.m. CT at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minnesota.

CHICAGO (Aug. 21, 2019) – All U.S. Soccer fans are invited to attend the U.S. Women’s National Team public training sessions to be held on Wednesday, August 28 from 5-6 p.m. ET at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, and on Monday, Sept. 2 from 5-6 p.m. CT at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Gates open at 4:30 p.m. for both public trainings. In Philadelphia, fans will enter through Braskem Gate at the Northeast corner of the stadium. In Minnesota, fans will enter through the Northeast Gate.

Admission is free and parking will vary depending on venue ($30 for the Wells Fargo Lots and $18 for all other lots in Philadelphia, and between $10-40 in St. Paul). The NFL Clear Bag policy will be in effect in Philadelphia.

The 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup champions will face Portugal on Thursday, Aug. 29, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia (7 p.m. ET; FS1 [coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. ET] and the Fox Sports App) and on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minn. (7 p.m. CT; ESPN2, ESPN App).

The USA last faced Portugal on Nov. 8, 2018, a 1-0 victory in Lisbon on a goal from Jessica McDonald that marked the historic 500th victory in U.S. WNT history.

RECORD SET IN PHILADELPHIA: For its game Aug. 29 at Lincoln Financial Field, the U.S. Women’s National Team has a chance to break the attendance record for a stand-alone friendly match, which is currently a crowd of 44,028 fans. More than 43,000 tickets have already been sold for this match and fans can help break the record by purchasing tickets through ussoccer.com and ticketmaster.com. Tickets start at $35. Groups of 20 or more can order directly at ussoccer.com. Tickets are not sold at Lincoln Financial Field except on the day of the event.

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA: A very limited number of tickets are currently available through ussoccer.com >and ticketmaster.com. [Note: Tickets are not sold at Allianz Field except on the day of the event.]
